We want you to know that we do not accept every picture here. Think about your submissions and only submit your best ones. That's why we reduced our
submission limit to 1 deviation per day.

Second, READ about what picture belongs to what folder! Pictures not being submitted to the right folder will be declined!


Featured
Our 'Featured'-folder is not a 'well, I do not know where to submit to.. I'll submit to Featured'-folder.
Our featured-folder is for the best of the best. So please do only submit your pictures if you really think your picture is worth it!

Surreal
Pictures submitted to the surreal-folder are on the crossover of reality and surrealism.

Animals
As the name says it, pictures submitted to this folder contain animals.

Nature
Nature pictures can be landscapes, waterscapes, sky pictures, flowers, trees etc.
It's widely spread.

Conceptual
Important: Some people submit a flower picture and say 'the birth of life'. That's not a great concept. We search for well-executed concepts.

Macro
We do not look at the official macro guidelines ("The classical definition is that the image projected on the "film plane" (i.e., film or a digital sensor) is close to the same size as the subject." wikipedia.org) which means that also 1:4 or 1:2 pictures can be a macro shot.

People and Portraits
Everything concerning people photography is welcome here.

Still Life
Same as 'People and Portraits', but only with Still Life. That can be fruits, necklaces, clocks, etc.

Mature Content
Pictures which are signed as 'Mature Content Pictures' (no matter if +18 or lower) MUST be submitted to this folder. No matter if it has got a concept or is monochrome or is square. It has to go there.

Monochrome
Everything being Monochrome (sepia tones, black and white etc) has to be submitted to this folder (except Mature content pictures which have to go to 'Mature content')

Square
Every squared picture (like 1200x1200px) has to go here, no matter if it's a portrait or a still life picture. Submissions to other folders will be declined.

Others
Submissions to this folder do not fit into the other folders.

Submitting to the right folder does not mean that your picture is automatically approved!
We have got a high level and want to exhibit only the best ones.
But please do not feel offended if a picture of yours is declined. Ask why it has been declined and we'll try to give you a little feedback.

When you're asking about why your picture got declined:
*Be polite!
*Ask with a full sentence.
*No commands like "Tell me why".

*Please also remember that we have a lot of pictures to look at everyday (most of them are not accepted) so don't spam the group with questions if all your pictures are declined.
